The Ultimate Pageant 2025 Registration is NOW Open!

The Ultimate Pageant registration fee for the 2025 pageant season is: $325.00 with a $35 application fee for all state/ regional competitions. Once you advance to the national pageant, there is a $650.00 national Queens Package requirement for each contestant.​ This cost does not include your $100.00 AD fee is included at the national level. Making your total ULTIMATE pageant experience for both state and nationals: $1075.00!!

Each delegate is required to sell 3 standard national tickets at $35.00 each.                                                                   (This discounted fee will be added to your invoice- Reg.$ 45.00)

If you are applying for an 'At-Large title, your initial deposit, is $325.00 with a $35.00 application fee.

​​In order to have a national pageant and provide the ULTIMATE pageant experience, we have to charge a fee.

It is NOT a requirement to pay all fees upfront.

​

We understand that times are not easy, and we have many options for you to pay the balance. Upon submitting your application, and its acceptance, you will receive an invoice that would need to be paid in full by 7/1/2025.

 

You can make payments as often as you would like, obtain sponsorship, or by hosting an individual, or group fundraisers. Should you have any questions on fundraising or sponsorship, please feel free to call or email the national office.

Regional/ State winners: You are responsible for your national fee of $650.00, Ad Page $100.00, Ticket Sales, Opening Number Dress, and mandatory INDIVIDUAL host hotel accommodations.

We try to be transparent with all fees and payments expected. Your pageant fees will cover renting a venue, your state crown and sash, national crown and sash, Glam Party, choreography, DJ, Photography, welcome reception, gifts for judges, as well as any administrative expenses. You will be responsible for all of your individual "Contestant obligations" such as t-shirt, ticket sales and the purchase of your own personal opening number attire, mandatory host hotel stay, and any excursions that the national pageant will plan.

The allowed payment breakdown is as follows: All payments will be invoiced and must be paid by the due date. Late fees are applicable and will be enforced. The late fee for regional / national payments $75.00 per occurrence.
